  • Hometown: Newport Beach, CA
  • Alma Mater: Irvine Valley
  • What was your major? I was studying Computer Science.
  • How would you explain your role here at Exsilio to a stranger? I get to work with a lot of great developers, designers and new technology to build solutions for various clients. I make sure everyone stays on track of the project objectives!
  • What does a typical work day look like for you? Many days are filled with meetings. Whether that is with the client, team, or both! Also I spend a lot of time building out specs for current and upcoming projects.
  • What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most? Definitely working with the different employees here. I consider them more than colleagues, they are my good friends!
  • What is the most valuable lesson you have learned so far at Exsilio? I have been here a long time, so pretty much everything! But honesty and transparency (yes, those are similar) are extremely important in building trust with the clients and your team members.
  • What makes a great Exsilio employee? Being receptive to feedback and understanding that it is there to make yourself and the company more successful.
  • What has been your favorite experience at Exsilio? The cruises have always been amazing. The holiday parties are also awesome. If I have to choose one, it would be when we had to work for the Microsoft Product launch events. For 1 ½ months we traveled from city to city setting up machines and keynote presentations for Microsoft. It was such a good time.
  • What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of work? Watching and playing hockey (go Ducks!), playing online games with friends & co-workers, going to Disneyland. There is a lot to do in SoCal!
  • Food that you can’t live without? Milk (does this count? I don’t care, I love it). And then for a meal, Chicago Deep Dish Pizza & beer!
  • If you were to plan your dream vacation, where would you be going? I always wanted to visit some of the Nordic countries. Finland would be awesome!
  • Favorite Game (board or video )? My favorite video game right now is Destiny 2.
