  • What was your major? Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing
  • How would you explain your role here at Exsilio to a stranger? I am here to help on Exsilio projects, trying to take care of all the activities. I work with around 100 team members and help simplify all the project requirements. Then I communicate and plan effective releases of the solutions we are building for those particular clients. My goal is always to deliver top notch products that will benefit thousands of users.
  • What does a typical work day look like for you? My workday starts before I come into the office. I check my emails at 6am and respond to questions from offshore teams. Then I come into work around 9am and make sure that the projects are pacing as planned. I spend much of the day in meetings to make sure that we will continue being successful. Finally, I finish my evening checking emails once more to ensure that we are productive the next day.
  • What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most? I really enjoy the collaboration that I experience. Working with different functions and disciplines allows me to work with all different personalities. I see myself as the glue of the project!
  • What is the most valuable lesson you have learned so far at Exsilio? I like to have my projects really stable. But I have learned at Exsilio that changes in resources are not always bad. We can leverage strengths of others to make the projects even more successful.
  • What makes a great Exsilio employee? An employee who comes to work fully charged and excited. Works on their deliverables, communicates, and finishes tasks on time. Since we are in consulting, they need to be able to handle any changes.
  • What has been your favorite experience at Exsilio? I was so honored to be awarded the Employee of the Year in 2017. I promise to honor and cherish that for the rest of my career.
  • What are some of your hobbies/interests outside of work? I love spending time with my daughter. Seeing her grow. Learning piano, violin, etc. I try to be her best friend outside of school. She is my whole world.
  • What is your favorite activity to do in the Redmond area? In Seattle, there is the Pacific Science Center. I love going there with my family to watch IMAX films.
  • Food that you can’t live without? Vegetable Biryani. My co-workers will all know this! I love it so much. I have gone to 15 countries and have tried it at more than 100 restaurants around the world. The one I make at home is my favorite 😊
  • If you were to plan your dream vacation, where would you be going? I would love to go to Nepal and visit the Himalayas. That is my ultimate dream.
  • Favorite Game (board or video)? Right now I am playing a game on my iPhone called Panda Pop. It is stupid by I am on like the 650th level.
  • Favorite Sport? I like Cricket. I played as a kid and my husband watches all the time. Outside of that I am not a very big sports person.
  • What is one interesting fact about yourself? I have never consumed coffee in my entire life. I do not need to because I am always so pumped up!
